10 Disney Mistake You Might Have Missed Growing Up

Disney’s movies have a special place in the hearts of millions of children and adults. Disney’s timeless stories have taught us so much about life, growing up and how to be more empathic. These movies have lifted spirits for generations, and for that, we are truly thankful.

The movies are always seeking to provide a great story of one of a kind hero who goes on a journey and the lessons he/she learned from the adventure. Meanwhile all throughout the movie plays an epic soundtrack. Movies like The Lion King, Toy Story, Frozen, Aladdin, Moana and many others are now a part of who we are.

But, no movie is perfect, and there are many mistakes that could be spotted in these wonderful movies, so let's review the 10 biggest Disney mistakes you most likely missed:

1. WALL-E (2008)

1. WALL-E (2008)

WALL-E, short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-class, is the last robot left on Earth and his purpose is to be a trash compactor. But many fans pointed out that he is in fact quite bad at compacting garbage, and this is the reason why he just moves it around. Not a trash compactor, but close enough for us.

2. Monsters, Inc. (2001)

2. Monsters, Inc. (2001)

The scene when boo's giggles caused a power outage makes us wonder how come this was the only time it happened. Boo had many moments in the movie where she giggled but no power outages followed it. You'd expect the city to be on and off power constantly, but it didn't.
This mistake was even admitted by the movie's makers, but this is a mistake many let slide.

3. Pocahontas (1995)

3. Pocahontas (1995)

In this specific scene you may have noticed that while Pocahontas is holding hands with Nakoma, their shadows are clearly not.

4. Toy Story 2 (1999)

4. Toy Story 2 (1999)

These are toys, not vampires. How come the toys did not have any reflection on the TV screen? Weird, right? Clearly, this was a mistake.

5. The Little Mermaid (1989)

5. The Little Mermaid (1989)

The magical pink jar that came out of nowhere. Until there was a close-up, the pink jar was nowhere to be seen.

6. Finding Nemo (2003)

6. Finding Nemo (2003)

This one is a mistake for Disney fans with very sharp eyes.
In the movie Finding Nemo, you could see a poster hanging on the wall, but on the next shot, you can see this poster moved closer to the door.

7. Toy Story (1995)

7. Toy Story (1995)

Take a closer look at this scene and see if you understand what is the mistake.
This is a hard one, but some of you may have noticed that the baby monitor the soldiers are using to communicate with Woody is just the speaker part. This is not a walkie-talkie so there should not be communications to both sides. In fact, they should only hear Woody, and he should not hear them.

8. The Lion King (1994)

8. The Lion King (1994)

The artist working on The Lion King movie poster had left behind by mistake the shape of a hidden naked lady as the face of Mufasa.
Now you cannot unsee this image whenever you look at the original poster.

9. Aladdin (1992)

9. Aladdin (1992)

In the iconic Disney movie, there is a scene where Aladdin is running away from the guards and seeks to hide in a harem.
When Aladdin got inside the inaccessible to adult males harem, he was chased off by a large woman, but there should have been a eunuch instead.

10. Lilo And Stitch (2002)

In one shot you see two identical drums and just a mere moment later one of these drums change to a different type.
WTF, how is this possible unless it's a mistake?
