"Little Hercules" The Amazing Child Bodybuilder Has Finally Grown Up, So How Is He Looking Nowadays?
You may recall seeing photographs of a child with the physical shape of a professional bodybuilder breaking the internet a few years ago (young people and those who live under a rock will just see his pics here). Those pics weren't phony - they are actually pictures of Richard Sandrak, who was lifting weights when he was scarcely out of diapers.
While some thought this was a great idea and a way to keep the kid healthy and in shape from a young age, others claimed this was a case of pure child abuse.
Richard is presently 26 years old and had many years to train, but how does he really look nowadays? Well, you will find the answer mind-blowing when you scroll down!
This is one of the original pictures that were uploaded by Richard Sabdark who broke the internet a few years back.
Richard was only 6 years old at the time when this amazing picture was taken.
When you see this kid with this type of body it makes you think: How did he do it?
Another question I had to wait to see the answer to, is how will his body change over the years?
Richard was born in Ukraine in 1992 and was destined to become a little Hercules.
His folks, Pavel and Lena, were both primed athletes, while his dad was a martial arts world champ, his mother was an aerobics instructor. The family moved to the United States when Richard was only 2 years old, and the rest is history.
Richard was given by his parents an exercise program meant to make him grow strong and flexible.
It began with flexibility and heart stimulating exercises that are meant to improve his cardio, however, he was so talented that he immediately advanced to weight lifting.
In the wake of moving to California, the Sandraks met a coach that would push their kid into a little Hercules.
The Sandraks needed to get their child into showbiz knowing there is no one like little Richard, so they enlisted coach Forthcoming Giardina to beef up Richard as much as you can naturally can.
Richard advanced rapidly and grew stronger every day, building a body most adults can only dream of.
At six years old, he could seat press 180 pounds. After two years, he was up to 210 pounds. When I was his age, I could not lift a water bottle, so this is quite amazing, don't you think?
At the point when Richard's photographs hit the web, they roused a huge argument - Is this healthy or child abuse?
One moment is all you need when you look at his body and know he is is great shape, but is it healthy for a kid to lift weights in a professional matter like he did? Would it be good for him to get pushed so hard by his parents? He is still, after all, just a kid.
While it was kept hidden from the public at the time, Richard was indeed had some sort of abusive past.
Richard was asked many times as a kid if he was abused, or if his dad pushed him too hard and forget about the fact that this is just a kid. Little Hercules always said he does it because he likes it, and that he does not feel like he is pushed too far. That, was sadly, was far off the true story.
Richard's father pushed him vigorously, influencing him to complete several hundreds of reps every single day. Not at all like most children, he was never permitted to desserts or any form of junk food, not even things like pasta or bread.
And his dad did not finish there with his abuse, as there was more to this tale.
At the point when Richard was 11, his father went to jail for attacking and harming little Hercules's mother.
11 was also the age when Richard had enough of his father controlling his life and he quit weight training. Be that as it may, the story doesn't stop there - scroll down to see how he looks like nowadays.
Richard is no longer into lifting weights, yet he's fit as a fiddle in any case.
Instead of powerlifting, he centers around cardio activities to stay in shape.
He has a wonderful job, as well, as his dream came true and he got the showbiz job he always wanted.
Richard works as a stunt double at Universal Studios Hollywood. Now every day he finds himself getting set ablaze and bouncing from roofs, and it feels like actual freedom compared to his strict childhood.
Little Hercules claims that he doesn't lament his past.
"I'm exceptionally glad for my past. It's not something I don't need individuals to know, it's simply that I'm not going to be stuck living in it,"
